By purchasing a tag or creating an account on Pawe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our site and services.

Service Description & Lifetime Hosting

Pawe provides passive QR-code pet identification tags and accompanying digital profile hosting. “Lifetime free profile hosting” refers to the operational lifespan of the Pawe platform, during which you will not be charged mandatory recurring subscription fees to maintain your pet’s online profile.

User Responsibilities & Contact Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all emergency contact information, phone numbers, medical notes, and secondary details in your pet’s profile remain accurate and up to date. Pawe is not liable for failed pet recoveries, delayed notifications, or incorrect information displayed to a finder.

Passive Technology & Location Limitations

Pawe tags utilize passive QR code technology and do not contain active satellite or GPS hardware. Real-time location alerts depend on a finder physically scanning the QR code with a smartphone, having an active internet connection, and granting browser location permissions.

Intellectual Property & Usage Limits

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and visual designs available on the Pawe platform are the property of Pawe. You may not reverse engineer, duplicate, or redistribute any physical or digital assets without explicit prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pawe or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or web services.
